Professional consulting on real estate (study of the current situation in the market and (or) possible development trends and oral provision of necessary information, holding negotiations with the Buyer and the Seller on the terms of purchase and sale/lease of real estate, documentation of written agreements),
Providing information on real estate for sale (including cadastral examination and providing information on the current state of the property, examination of documents of legal significance confirming the right of the owner (owners) towards the real estate, providing information and advice on them. We also provide the client with information on the emergency status of the selected apartment).
Cooperation with Ararat Real Estate Agency begins with the conclusion of a Contract for the provision of paid services, which includes the list of services provided, the payment procedure, the amount, as well as the obligations assumed by the parties.
Tariffs for services provided by Ararat Real Estate Agency are:
In case of acquisition of real estate, the cost of the provided service is 2% of the final purchase price of the property, which includes also notarial and cadastral payments.
In case of real estate lease, the cost of the service is equal to the following amount of the monthly rent of the property:
10% for one month lease
20% for two months lease
30% for three months lease
40% for four months lease
50% for five and more months lease
All other services provided by Ararat Real Estate Agency, including legal advice, are FREE.
